Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic gymnastics is a highly versatile sport where music, movement and apparatus create a seamless ensemble. In rhythmic gymnastics gymnasts compete as individuals, groups, duos and trios with freehand routines and apparatus routines using a rope, ball, hoop, ribbon or clubs.  Rhythmic gymnastics has been said to be the most beautiful sport.

We offer competitive team training and recreational groups for different age groups starting at age 3. 

For recreational groups registration is open to all gymnasts and can be found on the left hand side at the tab "Ilmoittautuminen"
